I am a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist practicing in both Cardiff and Caerphilly. Many people seek psychotherapy because patterns of behaviour established in the past are repeated in current relationships in a way that is unhelpful, causing distress. Others because they wish to explore personal growth. I believe that these issues are best addressed relationally.
